1. Is it genuine?

'AIMSHARK' is a company that manufactures and sells its own brand and only deals with 100% genuine products, not any fake products.

2. How long is the delivery period?

Domestic delivery is within 1~2 days from the order payment completion date. The delivery completion date may vary depending on the delivery company's situation.
It takes about two weeks to deliver the overseas shipping product from the order (except holidays).
After checking the deposit, local professional buyers will complete the purchase and order and send it as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of overseas delivery, we will try to send you a product that you can satisfy with the long delivery period.

3. Can I get repair service?

Product defects can be exchanged for new products if you attach a receipt within 14 days of purchase only online or at the store.
Exchange and repair costs may be charged for product A/S that occurs while using the product.

4. I'd like to exchange/return it.

If a return/refund is inevitable due to a simple change of mind, it shall be carried out in accordance with the refund regulation. If a product is damaged during delivery or delivery, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product.
However, to prevent damage to the product and box, you must repack and return it as you received it, and if the product is damaged, you cannot exchange or refund it.

3. Leather ties or press marks caused by the nature of the leather
4. Difference in color or some details from the product picture
5. Small threads and fine stitching insufficient
